March 01, 2021Effective May 1, 2021, the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) will no longer accept hard copy filings of the Form H-5, Disposal/Injection Well Pressure Test Report. When filing the Form H-5 online, an operator can also submit any attachments, including a scanned image of the pressure test chart. In addition, the operator is not required to file duplicates of the report and attachments with the appropriate RRC oil and gas district office.
