RRC Accepting Comments on Proposed Revisions to Alternative Fuel Safety Forms
October 20, 2020The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to 42 alternative fuel safety forms. The proposed form amendments add language to the form that will allow the forms to be submitted with use of an electronic signature. The electronic signature will be considered the same as an original signature and has the same force and effect as an original signature.
