RRC Accepting Comments on LPG Form 1 and LPG Form 1M
June 16, 2020The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) is seeking public comment to proposed revisions to the LPG Form 1, Application for LPG License or License Renewal, and the proposed new LPG Form 1M, Application for LPG Container Manufacturer Registration.
The proposed amendments to LPG Form 1 are related to recent amendments to 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 9 that went into effect January 6, 2020, as well as the addition of information used for efficient processing of the application. The new LPG Form 1M was created as a result of recent amendments to 16 TAC Chapter 9 that went into effect January 6, 2020.
Public comments will be accepted through June 30, 2020.
