Searching for Filer Accounts

To maintain a Filer account, the Security Administrator can search the system for a specific individual Filer from the Search for Person screen. The Security Administrator can access the Search for Person screen from the Maintain Accounts tab in Account Administration.

Search for Person

  1. Enter criteria to search for a specific Filer.
  2. Click the Search button.

Search Results - User ID

Click on a User ID to access account information for a specific user. Selecting the User ID allows you to perform the following actions:

  • Change the account status to Active or Inactive.
  • Change a user's filing rights.
  • Reset passwords.

Search Results - Last Name

Click on a Last Name to change account information (such as email or phone) for a specific user.
