This page provides a general summary of informal complaints. The count on this page includes informal complaints filed since July, 1996. The information is updated every six months.

- 146 settled complaints or complaints moved to the formal complaint process.
A breakdown of the 146 settled complaints are as follows:
- 137 settled.
- 9 moved to the formal complaint process.
Complaint Category Definitions:
Active - complaint in process.
Settled - complaint was settled either by resolution of the issue or the decision of the parties not to pursue the complaint further.
Formal Complaint - parties to the informal complaint moved the complaint to the Commission's formal complaint process.
