Deadlines are for filing the referenced forms electronically with the Commission

Filing deadlines change each month so it is recommended you check this page often.
The Commission recommends that you file your forms as early as possible so that any problems can be corrected before the filing deadline of the form. The later you wait to file your form(s) electronically, the bigger the chance that any problems found can not be corrected before the filing deadline resulting in you having to file the form(s) on paper.
Important:
Electronic filings of the referenced forms may not be accepted if received later than the date indicated below for the indicated reporting period. The Commission must receive all electronic filings by 12 p.m. CST on the date indicated.
