The Operator and any authorized agent shall comply with all provisions of the Railroad Commission of Texas publication EIA001, entitled Filing Oil and Gas Reports Using Electronic Media, which is incorporated herein as if set out in full. The Operator and its authorized agent also shall comply with any changes in this publication, adopted by the Railroad Commission of Texas in the future, which changes are also incorporated herein as if set out in full.
