Taken from the Organization Report (Form P-5). G10-REPORT-TYPE Must be 'G10' for G-10 reports. G10-DISTRICT The RRC district in which a gas well is located. See DR-DISTRICT for further details. G10-RECORD-TYPE Must be 'R' for report records. G10-FIELD-NAME The field name exactly as shown on the RRC proration schedule. G10-RRC-ID The six-digit gas well ID number assigned by the RRC. G10-EFFECTIVE-DATE The date the G-10 is effective for allowable purposes in year, month, day format. For original surveys the day should always be one (1). G10-FIELD-NUMBER The eight digit number assigned to the field by the RRC. G10-WELL-NUMBER The six-character alphanumeric well number assigned by the operator. G10-LEASE-NAME The name consisting of up to 32 characters that is assigned to a lease. G10-DATE-TESTED The date on which a G-10 test is conducted for a well in year, month, day format. G10-DAILY-GAS-MCF The daily amount of gas produced during the G-10 test. This amount is given in MCF. G10-DAILY-COND The daily amount of condensate produced during the G-10 test. This amount is given in BBL. G10-DAILY-WATER The daily amount of water produced during the G-10 test. This amount is given in BBL. G10-SIWH The surface pressure of a well that was shut in during the G-10 test. It is given in PSI. G10-GAS-GRAVITY The gravity of the gas produced from the well during the test. G10-COND-GRAVITY The gravity of the condensate produced from the well during the test. G10-FLOW-PRESS The wellhead, or surface, pressure of a well that is flowing during the test. It is measured in PSI. It is the same as flowing tubing pressure. G10-BHP The bottom hole pressure of a well. It is measured in PSI. G10-REMARKS Any comment desired. G10-SHUTIN-FLAG Indicates if the well is shut-in. Value as 'N' for not shut-in or 'Y' for shut-in.
