Taken from the Organization Report (Form P-5). W10-REPORT-TYPE Must be 'W10' for W-10 reports. W10-DISTRICT The RRC district in which the well is located. See DR-DISTRICT for further details. W10-RECORD-TYPE Must be 'R' for report records. W10-FIELD-NAME The field name exactly as shown on the RRC proration schedule. W10-LEASE-NUMBER Must be a valid five-digit, RRC-assigned oil lease number. W10-WELL-NUMBER Must be a six-character alphanumeric well number exactly as shown on the RRC proration schedule. W10-EFFECTIVE-DATE This is the date the report is effective in year, month, day format. For original surveys the day should always be one (1). W10-FIELD-NUMBER The RRC assigned identifying number of the field in which the oil well is currently located. W10-LEASE-NAME The lease name exactly as shown on the RRC proration schedule. W10-PRODUCING-METHOD The production method of the oil well. CODE METHOD Space Non-Producting Well F Flowing P Pumping G Gas Lift S Swabbing W10-DATE-TESTED The date the well was tested in year, month, day order. W10-DAILY-OIL The daily oil potential for the well in barrels. W10-DAILY-WATER The daily water potential for the well in whole barrels. W10-DAILY-GAS The daily casinghead gas potential for the well in MCF. W10-REMARKS Any comment desired. W10-SHUTIN-FLAG Indicates if the well is shut-in. Value as 'N' if the well is not shut-in or 'Y' if the well is shut-in.
